SetPoint Medical spent years as a clinical-stage company pursuing an idea that sounded like science fiction: an inch-long implant on the vagus nerve that activates the body’s own anti-inflammatory pathways to fight rheumatoid arthritis. In July 2025, the FDA approved the SetPoint System — the first neuroimmune modulation therapy of its kind, and the first electrical therapy ever approved for an autoimmune disease.
Approval changed everything overnight. A company built for clinical trials now had to speak to patients who had run out of options, rheumatologists weighing a radical departure from standard care, and a national wave of media attention — including a New York Times feature — all while rolling out a first-of-its-kind therapy territory by territory. That’s where AMP, already SetPoint’s digital partner through the RESET-RA study, leaned in.
We built SetPoint’s commercial web presence from the ground up — a new website that gives every stakeholder a clear path, from patients exploring whether the therapy is right for them to providers evaluating the science, with every journey designed for a therapy you can’t simply add to cart.
We captured the story, too — on-site shoots with patients and physicians, adapted across web, social, and campaigns. And as the headlines landed, we amplified them: meeting patient communities where they already were, answering the questions real people ask, and turning a moment of national attention into next steps.
Today we’re embedded as SetPoint’s strategic digital partner through commercial launch — testing what works in each new market, scaling it to the next, and helping a groundbreaking therapy reach the people it was built for as it rolls out across the country.
